Welcome to Tegem. This Terms & Conditions document serves as a legal agreement between the Tegem platform and its members. By accessing or using the Tegem website or app, you are considered to have agreed to these terms.

• A selfie of the applicant holding their ID document

Tegem regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which must be read and followed.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions:

• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus balance (typically 5x to 30x)
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can only be claimed once
• Wagering must be completed within a specified time period after claiming a bonus
• Tegem does not allow multiple accounts belonging to the same person to claim bonuses
• Some games may contribute less than 100% towards bonus wagering

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Tegem platform. Violations may result in permanent account suspension.

• Opening multiple accounts under the same person (multi-accounting)
• Using bots or automated software to place bets
• Placing bets with the deliberate intent of arbitrage betting or bonus hunting
• Transacting with funds from illegal sources (money laundering)
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform
• Attempting unauthorized access to another member's account
• Disrespectful or threatening behaviour towards support staff

Tegem reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms and conditions violation is found
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information
• In cases involving suspicious financial transactions
• At the member's own request (self-exclusion or permanent closure)

Upon account closure, the verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned; however, it may be withheld while an investigation is ongoing.
